What we are particularly glad to hear about
- Corrections. A specification we have misread, a product that has changed, a source that has been updated. We fix these in place and add a dated note at the foot of the page saying what changed - the policy is here.
- Products that have gone out of stock or been discontinued. A recommendation you cannot act on is not a recommendation.
- Questions about a pick. If a page has not answered the thing you actually needed to know, that is useful feedback about the page.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, shipping and returns. We are a publisher, not a retailer - we never take a payment and we never ship anything. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer handles the order.
- Product support. The manufacturer is the only party who can answer a question about a specific unit.
- Requests to be featured. We do not accept sponsored placements, paid inclusion or gifted products - disclosure.
About the business
The Dram Desk is a national online publisher with no premises and no retail operation, which is why there is no address or phone number on this page - we do not have one to give you, and inventing one would be exactly the kind of thing this site exists not to do. Published by Slate Mill Group.
